The Reason For Suffering

The question of suffering has often challenged the minds of thinking men and women, as they try to understand the reason why humanity experiences continual difficulties, stresses and troubles. Families suffer through disease, disabilities or death, and individuals face times of trauma as they try to grapple with the question as to why they suffer.

There is a reason for this suffering that is part of the present state of things, which is not caused by the design or purpose of God, but by the folly of mankind in the very beginning of history – and there is a benefit and a solution beyond the suffering, pain and difficulty, if we are prepared to discover the Bible’s message of hope for the future.
