Shipping and Returns

MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you make any mistakes, and want to change or remove an item from your basket, click on ‘View Cart’; from here you can remove or change any quantities. 

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside Australia, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We try to deliver your order right away. We normally prepare your order for despatch within three working days. Delivery of interstate and international orders will depend on the freight service available, but should be no longer than 20 working days.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made within Australia, 10% GST is added. All other orders are GST free.

GUARANTEE
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please advise us of any problems and we shall endeavour to overcome them.

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Logos will gladly accept a customer return on product/s within 14 days of purchase or receiving your order. 

You may return an online purchase if:

  • The product is faulty in any way (unless the condition was advised at time of purchase)
  • The product you received was different to the one ordered
  • The product arrived damaged

If your return meets any of the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. Please contact us regarding damaged or faulty items before returning.

Shipping fees are not refunded. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item for a full refund.

Digital products, e-books or electronic books may not be returned or refunded.
