Computerisation of Post Offices Stamp
The November 1994 Philately Day Stamp issue depicts the computerisation of Israeli Post Office, which at the time, achieved the most far-reaching, technological changes in the history of the postal services. The project, named Massad, comprised 800 computerised counter stations in more than 250 post offices throughout the country, and was developed jointly by the NCR and the Israel Postal Authority. On the tab of the stamp, are the emblems of the F.I.P. (Federation of International Philatelies) and of the Israel Philatelic Federation. The souvenir sheet together with an information sheet are enclosed in a plastic protection sheet.
