Computer Games Stamp

The European Committe of Post Office and Telephone Managers chose children’s games for the subject for European stamps in December 1990 and Isarel issued this set of stamps concentrating specifically on computer games. Three popular games are shown: basketball, chess and “racing cars”. Enjoyment associated with the playing of games, comes from the application of cunning, logic and agility. This along with the competitive human spirit the desire to beat an opponent or better a previous score also generates excitement.
