Building and Historic Sites, Hatsar Kinneret Stamp
The stamp issued in June 2002, shows a sketch of the front view of the Kinneret complex; and a close-up sectin of a massive ramp, and attached buildings on the tab. Hatsar Kinneret is Israel’s second-oldest kibbutz. The beginning of the Kinneret farm aligns with the Second Aliyah and founded at a time of increasing Zionist political activity in the early 21st century. It held a unique position insomuch that from it sprang many nationalistic groups, such as the kibbutz, moschav, Haganah, Hamashbir, Tnuva, etc., serving also as chief training facility fore the first groups of settlers. It is located S. E. of Lake Kinneret. The stamp with an information sheet are enclosed in a plastic protection sheet
