Many theories are aired regarding the origin of life. Some suggest that life has no origin: that along with matter it has always existed. Others uphold that life originated as a result of a miraculous event, that God created. Many consider that given  enough time,  life will commence from the ordinary reaction of chemicals; in the slow process of evolution.
